Why per device instead of per GB?
Because the data plan is already yours. You pay your carrier for data; we charge a flat price for the tunnel, gateway, dashboard, credentials, rotation, and API around it. Your costs stay predictable however hard you drive the proxy.
What exactly counts as a device?
One paired phone (or tablet) with an active SIM. Each gets its own gateway port and its own credentials. Two SIMs in one phone still count as one device — traffic exits the active data SIM, and you can swap SIMs freely.
Can I mix plans across my devices?
Yes. Pricing is per device, so you can keep test phones on the free trial and run production phones on Standard or Pro from the same dashboard. On Pro, volume pricing kicks in automatically as your fleet grows.
Do you offer WireGuard or OpenVPN configs?
Yes — via the VPN add-on, $4.99 per device/month on top of either plan. It lets every SOCKS5 proxy on that device export 1 WireGuard (.conf) and 1 OpenVPN (.ovpn) config, each tunneling a whole device (phone, laptop, router) through that proxy's mobile carrier IP — create, download, and revoke them per proxy from the dashboard or the API. The add-on also includes SafeVPN Plus, our companion one-tap consumer VPN app — the same login unlocks Plus there. Add it at checkout or toggle it per order on the Orders page any time: adding mid-cycle is charged prorated immediately; removing takes effect at the end of the period.
Do I need a special phone or plan?
Any stock Android 8+ device with a SIM that has mobile data. Unlimited or high-cap data plans work best; with Wi-Fi split on, a device uses roughly half the mobile data it serves.
What is the 7-day plan, and why is it Pro-only?
Pro can be billed in 7-day periods instead of monthly — you commit one week at a time, which is handy for short campaigns or trying a bigger fleet without a month's commitment. The weekly rate is 30% of the monthly price (so a small premium over pro-rata, in exchange for the shorter commitment). Standard keeps a 30-day minimum billing period — if you need week-by-week flexibility, that's what Pro is for.
What happens if I cancel or my plan lapses?
Your devices pause — nothing is deleted right away, and your phone and SIM are always yours. Re-subscribe to bring them back online.
How long do you keep logs and history?
Traffic stats, uptime, exit-IP history and captured SMS are kept for 3 months on Standard and 1 year on Pro — older entries are pruned automatically. If you downgrade, the longer window still applies until the end of the period you already paid for.
