Terms of service
Translations of this page are provided for convenience only; the English version is the legally binding text.
Draft terms for the mobileproxy.app beta. A finalized version will be published before general availability; material changes will be announced to registered users.
1. The service
mobileproxy.app provides software that turns Android devices you own or control into mobile proxy endpoints: a device app, a relay gateway, a dashboard, and an API (together, the "Service"). You supply the device, the SIM card, and the mobile data plan; you are responsible for your agreements with your carrier.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Activity under your account — including activity by customers you issue proxy credentials to — is your responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the Service is governed by the acceptable use policy. We may filter destinations at the gateway, suspend credentials, or close accounts that violate it.
4. Reselling
You may resell access to proxies running on your own devices. You remain the operator of record for those devices: pass through the acceptable use policy to your customers and revoke credentials that are abused.
5. Billing
Plans are billed per device per month. Traffic carried over your SIM is between you and your carrier and is never billed by us. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
6. Service quality
Mobile networks are outside our control: IP rotation is best-effort, carrier addressing can change, and a device that loses power or signal goes offline. We commit to keeping the gateway and dashboard available and to reporting device status honestly, not to outcomes on networks we do not operate.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
