Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses a proxy running on mobileproxy.app infrastructure — account holders and their customers alike. If you resell access, passing this policy through to your customers is your responsibility.

Allowed

• Scraping and researching publicly available data.
• Ad verification, SERP and price monitoring, geo-testing, QA.
• Managing accounts and properties you own or are authorized to operate.
• Reselling access to proxies running on your own devices.

Forbidden

• Fraud, phishing, or impersonation of any kind.
• Credential stuffing, brute forcing, or unauthorized access.
• Attacks on networks, hosts, or people — including DDoS, port scanning of third parties, and harassment.
• Distribution of malware or child sexual abuse material.
• Circumventing sanctions or laws that apply to you, us, or the destination.

Enforcement

Private and link-local destination ranges are blocked at the gateway unconditionally. Known-abuse destinations are filtered. Violations lead to credential revocation, account suspension, or closure — in serious cases without notice. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse originating from our gateway: [email protected]. Include timestamps and the gateway address; we can trace sessions to credentials without reading traffic content.
